We've needed all five drains fixed or replaced one twice. we have had the dish washer replaced because it was worn out and sounded like a train. The washer and dryer are over under type (very noisy) and there is limited laundry facilities in the basement (regular size washer/dryer) for large items. The staff is friendly and maintnace is timely. The facilities are well kept and cleaning of common areas is done dailey. Parking can be a problem if you have two vehicles. A $50 charge for a second vehilce. Great patio and gas grills available. Tennis, gym, indoo/outdoor pool, hottub, suana sold me. also great locatin for travel NSEw.Reagan Intl AP and metro accessible by HGW shuttle every week day AM/PM BZNS hours.
