I lived at the HG for almost 3 years. THe maintenance staff was good once you could actually get them to your apartment, and the leasing staff had left a lot to be desired. They ran the place like a cut throat business, not like this was your home. It seemed like they were always looking at the bottom line and their answer was always- let me talk to managment. I thought they were management. I found if you bothered them enough about certain things- they would sometime times do it just to make you go away. (Good to remember.)
There is not enough parking for visitors- and you will find the leasing staff parking in visitor parking- just plain laziness and arrogance on their part!
The outside grounds were always kept beautiful, but the elavators inside were constantly breaking. The noise levels were very low.
After I left the HG I received a surprise bill 4 month later for a damage accessment on my apartment- this was after I was checked out ok. Beware. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
