Signed new lease From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   Bottom line: great amenities, decent parking, "don't look to close" construction, great views, nice grounds, minimal noise depending on what unit you have. Horrible leasing staff (over promises doesn't deliver and VERY disrespectful), dated facility. Oh yeah, and ONE elyptical in the gym for a 400 unit facility. Overall, as long as you don't have to deal with the leasing dept you're good. Maintenance staff is terrific.
