Looks can be deceiving

I moved here a few months ago and here are just a few of the problems I've experienced.
1: My entire kitchen floor came floor came apart and had to be replaced..it took about three or fours weeks before it was even replaced.
2: After an ice storm back in February, my ceiling leaked in about 5 different places and ruined by computer desk..i had to call the office twice and they came about two hours later..management never even called to apologize.
3: On the first day of move in, I noticed a huge gap on the patio door, it seems they forgot to add the weather stripping, but it was replaced rather quickly.
4: I've had to call the leasing office on several occasions to come and clean the trash chute. The trash would be so backed up, it was flowing into the garage.
5: Many cars have been broken into, including my roommates..I called the office only as a courtesy to let them know and all I got was "There's nothing we can really do."
6: In my living room, theres a small space from one wall to the other where they forgot to add the padding under the carpet.
I am a very easy going person, but this is just ridiculous, especially when paying almost 1800 per month. My biggest concern now is my safety.
