This place has become my worse nightmare!!! I have lived here for 3 years and every since the new manager arrived things have gone down hill. In the past 4 months there has been cars stolen, tires taken, the cinema room projector is always broken, the elevators never work. In fact one has been down for about 2-3 weeks now and they haven't even sent out a notice to let us know what's going on with it. The place is nice, but the management sucks!!! Sullivan Place is quickly becoming the ghetto! The manager is very arrogant and rude, his assistant has not a clue in the world and must be a puppet to the manager because whenever you ask him something he says that he must talked to the manager first. The staff is cool, I like Tommy and Arie. If not for them I wouldn't have renewed my lease. Do yourself a favor and don't move to Sullivan Place.
