The front office mgmt changes every month. They are charging a trash fee now, in addition to service fee on your rent. Roaches everywhere and the power goes off constantly. My car has been broken into twice so far. Why would anyone want to live here any longer than needed is beyond me.

Not sure if this person is really living in this complex - In the 5 months i've been here so far: I've seen one bug, I was informed about the trash fee when I signed my lease, the same people have been in the office the whole time, my car has not been touched in any way, and the power went off once during a massive lightning storm.
