SAVE YOUR MONEY AND MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT IS SAFER WHERE THERE ARE NO ROACHES..THE ELEVATORS DON'T GO OUT EVERY 2 SECONDS AND PEOPLE DON'T GET ROBBEED

As much as I can't wait to get out of this place, this "review" is crap - roaches? I've seen one roach in over a year so far, and the halls are always generally clean. Much more than can be said for other places in the area. Yes, the elevators do seem to have tons of problems. Have never been robbed myself or known anyone that has here, besides the other reviewer (who also thinks ghosts inhabit their apartment) that mentioned getting hit in front of the building. For the cost, you could do much, much worse in this area, believe me.
