it's kool with me From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I been living here for about 8 months, I never really had any problems. The stove was leaking gas once, but they fixed that the same day, my AC wasnt working right for a while, but it got tken care of withihn a couple of days. overall I'm happy, its' alot better than some of the other options I had. It's affordable, the apartment is spacious, and my neighbors seem kool. If someone asked me whether or not to get a pat here........I would tell them yes get it right away.
