Kings Gardens Apartments

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/30/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   The bottom line is you get what you pay for. I have been living in this apartment complex for a little over a year and it has it's faults as well as its pluses. It is in a realitively nice area with lots of shopping. It is not far from a metro and is only a couple of driving minutes from old town Alexandria. It also has a roach problem and you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the apartments around you. Every step, every scream, every laugh. When I moved in there where about 5 or 6 patched up bullet holes in my windows and my door looks jacked. Since I have been here my car has been vandilized and there is never enough parking. Alot of the problems I orginally had with the apartment I had to fix myself and they have not been an issue since. My suggestion is if you are considering this apartment complex empty a couple dozen cans of Raid in it before you move in. Park where you can see your car and enjoy the surrounding area.
