unethical and a dump! From: neonata Date posted: 10/14/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   After a member of our household was robbed at KNIFEPOINT in the complex. The management agreed to let us out of our lease but we had to be out of the apartment completely in 2 days *before the first of the month*. They contacted another member of the apartment 4 months later and threatened to send us to collections because we did not pay the last month on our lease (which we were released from and had it in writing). They ended up taking us to court after telling us they changed their minds and didn't feel that they should have let us out of the lease. They never once offered to change our locks and the day we moved out a woman got robbed at the top of our hill. Walls were paper thin. Could hear neighbors easily. The only thing they did well was cut the grass
