I have lived here for almost three years and it keeps getting worse. Parking is horrible. Do not ever plan to have guests who might happened to stay past 11 pm because there car will be towed and it there is no way to get a visitor pass unless you make to the office before 5pm with the guests registration and id. The walls and floors are thin as paper and you WILL hear everything your neighbors say and do. Your floors and wall vibrate when they watch tv and listen to music. Windows are old, cheap, they rattle and the wind blows right through them. The walls and ceilings crack and crumble, while they will send someone to fix it, it cracks again with in a week. The floors must shift because now I cannot close my closet or bedroom door and maintenance has not managed to fix that problem yet. Doubt they ever will. Over all not worth your time or money. Look somewhere else!
