Kings Gardens Apartments

Needs to be bombed From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 2 responses   When I first moved in KG in November of 2006, I was quite happy with things. I ignored the baby roaches in my kitchen sink and thought that it was something that would go away. After living there for like 2 months, I started to see roaches all over the place!! No matter how I cleaned or sprayed they kept coming out of no where. I was in the shower and a roach came out of the patch in the ceiling above my shower head. Now if the roaches are bold enough to crawl through my shower with me in it...imagine what they do while I'm asleep!! Not to mention that the parking is very bad!! I dont' know why they even bother to issue stickers, that still doesn't help. Then to have company you have to get permission from the rental office. My priviliges were taken away so I don't have to worry about getting a parking pass. I broke their stupid little rule and they told me that I couldn't have overnight guests period. Next, I have an obnoxious family who lives above me. Mind you, I live in a one bedroom and so do the tenants above me. They pound on the floor when they walk and seem to be walking back and forwards non-stop for hours at a time. The kid upstairs is a demon child...he jumps up and down on the floor so hard that I'm just waiting for him to fall through. Kings Gardens would be cool minus the parking rules, roaches and inconsiderate neighbors. One more thing, Julian needs to be fired...he a real retard!!!
