the customer service in the rental office is very unprofessional. the maintenance crew is equally rude, the take thier time fixing anything and inconvienence you in the long run. expect to get treated like they are doing you a favor by letting you live here. the prices are okay, the location is not bad, but you do get what you pay for.

I have been living in Kings Garden with my family for 1 year, this is a worse place I ever had. I am living here with roaches and other insects; apartment does not have good ventilation, any kind of smell stay around the house, especially, smell after cooking; bath room flooded few times because of bad plumbing system. We complained to management people, they come to see but they don't do anything. Customer service is really poor, they are unprofessional and very rude.
