I just have to say that everyone keeps mentioning the Latinos and making stupid comments like Lationville. That just sounds like a bunch of RACIST BULLSHI*. You can talk about the neighbors being bad or whatever but race has nothing to do with it. White, Black, Asian and any other race can do the same things so don't act like it's just the Latinos, or --------.

There's no denial as to who did it when it comes to blasting the horn in the parking lots. It's just obvious because most people can look out their window and see that. There are other alternatives such as a cell phone that ones can use instead of blasting the horn the morning.
We all can help each other out by doing something good for the neighborhood instead of pointing finger elsewhere.
