Every apartment community has some crowd thats wild. ours just happens to be latino, so what, they do stand out more because there ways are different. I have never had a problem with any of my spanish neighbors, they always help me out. Ive never had any type of vandalism to my belongings or any of my friends. And ive never had a bug problem. most people that complain about management and other stupid things are probably just looking for handouts. Being a woman in this community doesnt scare me at all. Kingsport is not a bad place to live it does have its moments though but overall the team is great and im satisfied with my apartment. The only main issue is towing which has nothing to do with kingsport.

Hello, I am considerating moving to Kingsport because its near to my job in Rosslyn and the price seems decent. I read a lot of reviews and there is a lot of negative complaints. I will be alone and I really want a safe place for a single female where I wont be harrased or vandalized. eeyye_carumbe-- you might encounter this if you or someone you know that is a ho and have the tendency to laid on the grass, or on top of a car on a summer day with their legs spread wide open, but if you are normal like everyone else and just spend brief amount of time walking from ur car into ur apartment then you should not have a problem ever.
