I saw a rat the other day - no roaches at all though...I guess because I have OCD. A rat! I live on the 2nd flr, how in the world did I see a rat! Parking is horrible after 6pm. Music is so loud, I fell in love with the music and bought the CD. The grounds are never kept clean. You'll find chicken bones on the front porch; to include the box it came in. The walls are so thin that when my neighbor walks above me, it sounds like someone's in my kitchen. The staff was so nice...until I paid my deposit and moved in - now I can't get anything done. I am super nice too - you know the old saying you get more bees with honey. It does not work with them. The promise you by next week and it never happens. It took 2 weeks to have them fix the pilot lights on my stove. Oh...before I forget - don't try to call the rental office, no one will answer. I hate it here, I should have not been so cheap. You get what you pay for...in this case.
