The most disgusting, ridiculous apartment I've ever lived in. Rats scratching and running across the ceiling and between the walls at all hours of the day/night.

Dead mice behind my stove making my entire apartment smell like DEATH. I've begged and pleaded for them to exterminate--do you know what I got' Absolutely NOTHING. So I bought rat poison myself, and then had to deal with cleaning up a bunch of dead mice!!

Roaches, rats, loud music, crime, gunshots, unsupervised pets, ridiculously dishonest management, absolutely NO amenities...this place should seriously be burned to the ground. It's disgusting. I broke my least just to get out of this place.

There are no gunshots or crime. I have never had a problem with management and I never see a pet outside that isn't with its owner usually on a leash. I agree on the amenities it is only a pool but a fitness center and a cyber cafe are under construction. I have no rats or roaches.

Then you must be BLIND AND DEAF!!! Stop lying. You don't live at Kingsport, you WORK at Kingsport. EVERYONE at Kingsport has mice, roaches, rats, etc. Instead of posting bogus reviews, how about you fix the damn problems.

I just moved in and am actually having a huge problem with the fact that there were dead roaches in all the cabinets and when the maintenace guy switched out my rusted shower rod, there were roaches in it. Ive only been there a few days and I am incredibly disappointed with management. There is sticky residue on all my cabinets from the bug spray, I have left messages, talked to management in person and over the phone and they have not resolved the issue. For a $350 administration fee I expect the apt to be move in ready and mine was not. In addition to roaches, pesticide in all the cabinets and the fact that my appliances didnt work, the neighbors do hang out in the very front of their units instead of the back court yard like there is a 24 hour weekend block part going on. I am very very disappointed with this place.
