I've lived here for over 3 years and I've seen this place go further and further down the toilet. I can't tell you how many managers or assistant managers we've been through. Seems everytime I go down there to speak to someone about a problem (which happens to be at least once or twice a month) there's a new person! In the 3 years I've lived here only 1 person is still familiar, and she lives on the property! I've suffered through times without hot water (days at a time) and their excuse is "the boiler room is flooded" which translates into after every good rain storm, the boiler room will be flooded and you'll lose hot water. Convenient, huh' I've seen latino men urinating behind bushes, on the dumpster, and in the stairwells. Good thing I have a German Shepherd, when I'm in uniform they think I'm the policia and they usually stop what they're doing. Then there's the same obnoxious latino beat, which you'll hear from almost every car as they're flying down the roads over 60 MPH. I swear this place is run by MS-13. My rent hasn't gone up too much, but you do get what you pay for.....I've been through a washer and dryer, had my heating unit fixed, had the dishwasher fixed, and woke up once to wet legs---no, my dog didn't pee on me, it was the ceiling leaking. That eventually got fixed, but I had to take a day off from work to wait for the roof repair guy. Most people who live here either have a large breed dog or are in the military and know they won't be around for too long. Owning a gun would be a nice thing, especially when you're coming home after midnight and you never know who's urinating or hiding in the bushes. If you like Corona beer, you should have no problem finding the empty bottles in any of the bushes or if you're lucky, can get one from one of the many intoxicated latino men that seem to have nothing better to do than whistle at every woman that walks by or hang out and drink. I work in one ghetto and live in this one. Except the homicide rate is a little lower here.....
