This apartment complex is close to major areas for work in DC but.....it's not a secure place to live, the complex is not maintained well, I had flooding from the furnace overflow tank and from above that almost dropped the ceiling down on me and took too long to repair! I have had mice in the apt., the ice maker has never worked even after repairs, and I'm charged twice for gas. Once by Washington Gas and again by the complex! Their dumpsters are disgusting! Parking is a major problem and towing is too. All in all......I would NOT recommend this complex. Way too expensive for what you get! My rent was raised to renew my lease by way too much for what I get! I'm moving! If I had known about this review site when I made my decision to rent at Kingsport.......I wouldn't have! TY for this site to warn others!
