I haved here for 2 years and it might not be the nicest place, but I like my apartment. I have a washer and dryer and get to control my a/c un like the other apartments around here. Management has changed a few times, but the current management is doing a good job. Sometimes it take a couple of days for things to get done, but everyone is so nice that it makes it okay.

totally agree with everything you said
also, not every section here is bad
you just have to be a smart shopper and take a walk with mgmt to select the best section and availability before making the move.
