I've lived here for about three months now and it's AWESOME! I don't have to worry about cleaning up because everyone around me is dirty. Some people complain about the rats, but I just think of them as pets that you don't have to pay for. I love all the -------- in my section because the 7 of them living in a one bedroom apartment make a damn good dinner! The parking kicks ass too. My friends have to park aa block away or else they would get towed. It's well needed excersise. I only had my car towed twice from my own paking lot. The best part of this utopia is that I can throw a party and no one complains or they will get deported. If you have class, this place isn't for you, but if you like to live on the wild side (like me) come on over to Kingsport. I'll even drink a 40 with you.

the tow truck drivers are working with a residence at KP to tow visitor cars not complying to facility's rules. i saw the guy getting paid by the truck driver after the car was jacked and taken around the facility at KP their is no assigned lot, so no you don't have ur own parking lot as stated above this review. also, don't double park your car and ur be ok if you get passes for ur visitor(s) and have them park by the pool then they are ok too. as far as the dirty ppl livin around you, take them to SAK 5th or Neimann and get them some nice clothes will ya!!!
