not bad for under $1000 From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   All I care about is location, price, and parking when looking for an apartment. Yes, appliances are old and maintenance is bad here. Also some ppl kept honking the horn, for several minutes, everyday like its a freakin FIESTA. Dispite all this, parking is good if you live here legally and register your car(s) The location (Arlington/DC) and price is right. Apartment interior/exterior is clean (my building) and I haven't seen a rat yet. Really, old appliances don't matter much when I only have a 15 min commute to work :)
