I moved here in a rush after my old complex attempted a conversion. The price was attractive for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath; and still is, might I add. But I should have been warned when I had to visit more than once before I was shown an apartment that was halfway decent. But I moved in anyway. I have since moved out and was there less than 6 months.

Like others mentioned, the property is VERY poorly maintained. During the winter snows/ices, pray that your apartment is on one of the two main streets; otherwise your sidewalks will not get shoveled or deiced. I have seen rats outside of the buildings and a mouse decided to visit me the week before Christmas; to which, their solution was to stuff holes in the walls (mostly behind kitchen appliances) with steel wool and TACKILY spray that foam over top of that.

The HVAC units are PREHISTORIC, I had someone come and have to either charge my A/C or fix the ignitor 4 times in 6 months. Maintenance will be performed without notice. I had a backup of SEWAGE in my bathtub and toilet one evening when I got home from work and when I called, I was told that they knew this was occurring in an adjacent building and my building as well. How come there wasn't a note left for me' ' ' Oh, and being that I only had one bathroom, I had to wait until 4:30 pm the NEXT day to take a shower, that's when the plumbers they hired were finally done. AND I had to take off from work because they were in and out of the apartment all day.

That was the last straw for me. That apartment was burning up my leave, let alone just becoming the most stressful place I've ever lived in my entire life (and I'm former Army). Like other reviewers mention, you have the roaches and one I like to call FRANKENroach (yes, I had those; but after constant pressuring they finally sent Orkin in on a monthly basis and that was the only thing that was ever fixed, besides the FRANKENroach), the mice, the lack of maintenance (they never fixed ONE deficiency that was listed on the walkthrough sheet), the noise (car horns, that LOUD *SS ice cream truck, folks taking drunken slumbers in the stairwells, and other madness.

If you enjoy all of that, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, go somewhere else. They don't even know the residential companies policies.
