SMALL closets, no storage space, old appliances, VERY poorly maintained, EXTREMLY POOR office staff. It took approx FIFTEEN CALLS (and 3-monthslater), to get my deposit back. But of course, they want their rent up front and on time. I threatened legal action, and a phone call was finally returned. On two seperate occasions, two different friends of mine had their vehicles TOWED, and one was parked in a handicapped parking space, with handicapped license plates. They both had the parking permits. It's a HUGE hassel if your friends visit, because they all need parking permits. The staff does the BARE MINIMUM to get by. I would NEVER live there again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. cost of rent there is the same as OTHER, NICER places. WHY pay that much rent, when you could get more, in a much nicer place, better location' Too much for utilites, too.

I live there now since 4/2006. I cannot wait until my lease is up. I'm so tired of the poor quality and services of apartment renting, I'm considering buying my own property. This is the worst place I've ever lived. My dryer broke down twice, I have wet clothes. Mice running in and out of my closets, you've name it, it happened. I pay too much for rent and utilities to live like this.
