I have been living at the Kingsport Apt.(eaton square) since last year. There are millions of complaints to write about it has been a pain since i moved in, from day one. This Summer our A/C was broken in the middle of july i called em up couple of times nothing happened , we had back to back 90's it really was hot , i called for the last time and i got to hear " We are not suppose to provide you A/C or heating do whatever you can or call BBB ". I just can't wait to get away from here so that i dont have to deal with unprofessional and obviously uneducated staff.
