Kingsport Apartments

AKA Eaton Ridge or Eaton Square From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/10/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I have had every infestation you can think of (mice, roaches, bed bugs, spiders --you name it). I am an incredibly clean person and I live on the top floor (3rd floor) and I still have problems with infestations. I think it is because the building is old, its near a creek, the management sucks and doesn't solve the infrastructural problems, and the people in my building aren't necessarily the cleanest. So I have all factors working against me. I have had my house sprayed at least 7 times in the first 6 months. I had to get my refrigerator fixed because it leaked when I first moved in. And I've seen a mouse in the flesh twice. I am moving once my lease runs out. ASAP!!! They switched the management and they are adding new facilities, but don't let that fool you because again they haven't fixed the infrastructursl problems. It's all a gimic. Also, my new car has been dinged multiple times. I'm not in love with the people that live here -- mostly Ecuadorian. I've seen/smelled drugs dealt and done here. Need I say more' The place is cheap, but you get what you pay for -- a crappy apartment. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
