Eaton Square at Arlington Ridge aka Kingsport is the WORST place to live. Trust me!!! When this place was "Kingsport" you would expect it to be bad. The rent was CHEAP, I paid 800 well add on the outrageous cost of water 70 a month. This is because they take the total water bill and divide it by apartment size. Not by how many ppl are in the apartment. That can easily be 4 in a two bedroom! Also, they tack on all types of fees. Service fee, boiler fee, trash fee..etc. I have had a mice issue from day one....they have been eating through my carpet!!! Seriously! Of course they "fixed" it by sticking barillo pads down the holes! Smart ones!

Now, they have gone to change ownership. I was really excited about this. Hopefully they would clean up the area, the apartments, and the ppl they rent too. Well, um, yah, you can change all the cosmetic stuff you want, but if you don't get rid of the actual issues then it does no good. They renovated the apartment above me. It does look nice, but all their mice issue, just came down to me! They haven't fixed the problem of where these rodents are coming in at, but hey the apartment looks great when you spend 1200 70 for water to move in! Give it a few months!!! They promise a LOT, indoor basketball court, internet cafe area, um...haha...they can't evne keep ppl from stealing the weights in the weight room...let alone anything a computer! I think their plan is to kick out all the old tenets and make room for the "new" ones. Which I would say is a pretty good idea since they have a lot of ppl who bring down the community. However, if you walk on either side of this complex you run into the ghetto, so just beware. It may look nice...but for 1200 you can go over to potomac yards on Jefferson Davis and get a GREAT apartment! Thats where I am off too when they kick me out in a few months to make room for the new ppl who are coned into this place. Hopefully, someone will take care of the family of mice I have been housing all this time! Good luck!

Hi, I had the same problem, and I'm paying $70 per month for water and trash, too; the fat guy underneath me seems to run the shower all the time. I only wash my clothes every 2 weeks. It's highway robbery. That's what they did to me regarding the holes was sticking barillo pads, and gave me a handful of mice sticky pads. I am an old tenant, and they are kicking me out, told me that they weren't going to renew my lease after I signed a lease. They are so racist, it's unbelieveable, and do not have a problem going on record saying so; it is what it is. I heard one of the employees say that they didn't want the --------- here. Yes, someone will be happy to have mice as pets when I leave; I've had 3 since I've been here in the 2 years I've been here. I'm moving out within a couple of weeks, and can't wait!!!
