Here is the bottom line: If you treat the management well, they will treat you good! Yes, there are some problems, but face it - there are problems everywhere. My only real complaint was the endless honking of horns. Now for the good stuff: The windows were completely redone along with painting the exterior of the buildings. Not to mention lights on the outside of the buildings. Change was/is coming to this apartment building and most of the things I have read here are people complaining who have probably not telling the truth with why they left or expect everyone in the office or around them to cater to every need or whim something s are out of anyone s control. One day I witnessed a lady yelling at one of the staff; now come on do you think that is going to help or hurt your situation/problem' The bottom line here is: WE enjoyed the staff and how we were treated and believe if you were respectful and understanding of the renovations, then you had no problem here. I would rate this one good place to live in working in DC or VA. Lastly, the assistant manager is one of the BEST I have encountered. My hats off to her, she does a good job!

Are you a nut? Only someone on the payroll would promote this God-awful place as even remotely tolerable. The reason you see people yelling at management is they, and the conditions at the complex, are trash. I mean parking alone is such a nightmare to cause any person with the financial means to leave. You must be an Obama voter, because this review is indeed a fairy tale.

Are you serious?
I haven't lived at that complex for just shy of a year now, and I am still trying to deal with the management. The same people you tell us to treat respectfully are the same people that don't return phone calls and don't send emails when they promise/gurantee to do so. These same people you that you are commending, refuse to take phone calls - this could be legitimate, unless you were as lucky as myself and heard the site manager tell the women that answered the phone, that she didn't want to deal with me, and tell me she was indisposed.
Respect, I don't know how to do so when the respect isn't given or earned.

This person is management trying to trick all of you. Do not listen to this person. I treat the people nicely, especially the staff, and they are responsive, but that still doesn't change the fact the neighgors suck, the infrastructural problems aren't being fixed, and they are doing a lot of cosmetic fixes to trick new area renters.
Whoever wrote this, there is a an agreement that says you cannot post on the site if you work for management. Nice try, but look at everyone else's rating. You can sit there and tell me that "yeah, there are mice, but it's 'okay' because the management is so nice." Thats BS!
