This is a warnng do not rent here, area is getting bad, apartments are not great, your rent check will be lost, main doors to buildings are broken, children play in the laundry area all times of night school night or not, rules change whenever they are pleased to be
Just be aware!!! Mount Vernon Apartments on Arlington Dr. are much much better and right down the street.

i agree this place is awful. my cousin's lived there. the mgt. is rude and the residents are ruder. i used to smoke in the hall ways over there, and no one said anything. the leasing agent said the tennis courts wouldn't even be open because too many things happen inside those gates.......run, don't walk
