I have live at Lafayette for 2 years and can tell you that the apartments are really nice. They were recently remodled. The new managment staff has evicted all the delinquents and gang members. Kids still play at night.
The new office staff does answer my questions and are really nice. The manager is very fair and cares about the complex, which is much better than before.
