I lived at Lafayette for 2 years and I just moved out. The crime rate is unbelievable. Get a FREE copy of the property crime rate from the local Police Department and review what really is going on in that place before you move in! I got my police report too late!!
Also, I find it interesting that the Hispanic residents pay less at renewal time than ------- American or Caucasians or other ethnic groups. I had two different Hispanic neighbors show me their renewal offers for the same size apts that I had and they had NO INCREASE at all and I had a $180 increase this year alone! We all moved in one week apart from each other. How do they get away with this'
The only good office staff they had have recently left - the new staff are a nightmare!
They've had three property managers this year alone and the newest one is PURE GHETTO!
She has no sense of proffessionalism! You should read the notices she has sent out. They are so offensive. It's unbeleivable that they get away with this stuff.
WOW, what a scam they have going on a Lafayette. Someone should investigate the discrimination.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM LAFAYETTE.
