I returned recently to tour the property because I had heard about all the things that happened since I moved out in 2005. I was not surprised NOTHING had changed. The main security doors to the building do not lock (they are advertise that they lock), the hallways smell like poo, the staff is rude and unprofessional.
Do not get me wrong the rental office is beautiful but do not be fooled. The apartments are very spacious but the horrible staff and crazy tenants will make you wish you never moved there. When I moved in there was 1 property manager and her staff, then about 6-8 months later there was another property manager and new staff and when I went back to visit recently there was a whole new staff again and I believe another property manager, that should just make you think. When I walked in the rental office that day the maintenance man was bent over with his butt towards the door and his butt hanging out, yes I can say that is SOOOO professional. Lastly anything and everyhting is put on the patios including couchs, grills, porch swings, trash, and furniture FYI this is not allowed in the lease but has management has not made any actions to change it NO. This makes the apartment complex look bad and we wonder why Route 1 has a reptuation, Lafayette change and make your complex better than the others and bring Route 1 back to life again and I do not mean back to ghetto life.

P.S. I never had a problem with rodents, roaches or insects.
