I'm in mist of looking for a one bedroom apartment in Mount Vernon area, and have liked what I saw online about this Apartment complex. But when I called, they told me about their unrealistic Income Qualifications for two people. And how they check your bank account every 6 months, to make sure you are not making too much money to live there. OMG
What in the world is wrong with this management' Tax credit' Who can afford to live there' People on welfare'
I'm glad I didn't waste my time with them. Bunch of BS!
