Nothing seem to work in this complex, first the management is very poor from the property manager down to maintainance crew,they don't fix anything here,second safety wise you cannot leave here without getting something stolen from you before your third month.
Getting the office to ask maintainnance crew to fix a dead bulb takes a month or more even though you have paid your rent to them,crime in the complex is soo high you should consider not moving here if you have kids and mine their future.

Section of the complex is known for drug sale to the Richmond hwy community and nothing is been done to it by the management,they are aware about what is going on there but just refuse to put lights to oversee the parking areas at least to stop their activities.
