The new manager is just as bad as the old one, she might as well be another Connie, "CONNIE CHUNG" She stands outside and smokes so you can inhale her funk. She is playing manager, but has no idea and no people skills...this must be a requirement to work there. Maybe we can sue her if we get lung cancer' Management is horrible here, not consistant with what they are doing. My rent took a one hundred dollar increase. If you would see this place you wouldn't want to pay more than a dime more for what you get. Now they are offering rent specials if you are a NEW resident, giving you one month free rent. If you already live here you just have to take the hike...there's an incentive to move out of this DUMP!! The building is falling apart. If you stand outside on your balcony you can see the rebar and missing brick....is that safe' You can not move without someone ripping off your stuff. My things were sitting outside and one trip back to the truck and my stuff was GONE! The maintenance guy's apartment is right by the loading dock door...so it wouldn't suprise me if he took it. He's very shady looking anyhow.

The residents in this building are nasty and they smell horrible. You share a vent with every tier, so you HAVE TO SMELL WHAT YOUR NEIGHBOR IS COOKING! NASTY! Maybe that explains the over run of ROACHES. I don't want to eat in may apartment because the roaches are soooo nasty. They spray..but I think it is water because they keep coming back. I don't have anything to attact them becuase I quit buying food.


The elevators don't work....get ready to get in shape by taking the stairs or get bailed out by the fire department.

Parking is a joke and don't park on the "covered parking" after hearing in the office that it was going to fall down, that it is not safe to even walk on it. The maintenance is a joke, they sit around and talk or sit in the office and goof off. That could explain why my stove didn't work for over a week, and wouldn't give me a new one. This must be my seventh complaint, and the stoves are GAS. I'm too afraid to cook, so I have been eating out.

Lets just say don't trust the people in the office that rent to you...they LIE. I should of spent more time before I made my decision. Needless to say....I AM SO OUTTA HERE!
