I've recently moved into Landmark Ridge and love it. Having lived in many apartment communities, I have to say that this is one of the best. Great price, great location, gorgeous views, and helpful staff. As for the "roach problem", I haven't seen one since I moved in. The parking can be a bit tight, but I think that's a problem with most high-rise apartments in the area. I'd recommend it to anyone.
