current manager, stacey park is not qualified for her position. she has no people skills, any suggestions made to her she continually ignores. current residents have no respect for property; bldg beginning to fall apart and people walk in and out of bldg even thou it is a secured bldg. and manager doesn't care. health and safety issues now exist, esp. when alex. police are at bldg in late afternoons and many evenings as well as fire dept. cement is falling off balconies. have major concerns with newer residents who are moving in and causing
problems for other residents. bring back Connie, she knew what she was doing, able to negotiate with residents, knew the real rules and not the ones stacy keeps making up.office staff take no responsibility with problems in the bldg.and DON'T CARE EITHER. LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT TO PROTECT YOUR SAFETY, YOUR CAR AND APT. FURNISHINGS. SOME OF APTS. HAVE MAJOR COCKROACH PROBLEMS WHICH STACEY REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT AND WILL TELLRESIDENT THEY CAN MOVE OUT. SUGGEST THAT STACEY MOVE OUT TO ANOTHER BLDG OR BACK TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE. SHE HAS NO PEOPLE SKILL AND CAN'T HANDLE THIS JOB.
