if you want to live in an apt. bldg with many illegal immigrants, broken elevators, apt mgr with limited vocabulary of "no", i can't or will check it out", but never does as well as having absolutely no common sense and being unqualified, some older residents who are afraid to come home when it might be too late for them, but early for us 'cause they're afraid of the "criminal element" that hangs out in front of bldg or in lobby, as well as cockroaches, crumbling balconies and walls, than Landmark Ridge is the place for you. We found that So. Management will rent to anyone, without regard for safety of bldg or other residents. police cars at bldg many times in a month. as you can tell, we didn't live here for very long. also, office staff not too bright - but then again neither is stacey, apt. mgr.!!! k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
