this apt. building is a mess. since we moved in about a yr ago, the bldg and its cleanliness have gone downhill. we rarely if ever see the "apt. mgr" and believe she just hides away so she doesn't have to deal with the major issues here. balconies are falling apart, bldg is dirty inside and out and no one in management seems to care.

we're moving asap!!!
