I have moved around quite a bit over the years and have had many experiences, not always good with management.
I had a great feeling the first time I stepped through the leasing office door at Landmark Ridge. The staff were all smiling (gave me the impression they really like their jobs) I loved the price, the building was older, but very clean. I have walked into newer communities that already turned to dumps. All utilities included in the rent was easy to me and means I don't have to pay all those hook up fees. Applying for the apartment was a breeze. I got an answer from Joi that same day that my application had been approved and my lease was ready when I was to sign it.
The manager Connie is a great example of what a manager is supposed to be. She is very friendly and makes me feel welcome everytime I stop by the office for my packages or just to say hello.
I hope not to have to move anytime soon I am very happy! I highly recommend Landmark Ridge to anyone moving to the Alexandria area.
