I lived at Landmark Ridge several years ago (when Connie was the manager) and was checking to see if the situation I noticed then had been corrected. Sadly, from the reviews I've read it seems the place has gotten even worse, and the rents have gone up significantly. When I lived there security was non-existant, it was easy for anybody to slip through the door and get in. The smell of roadkill cooking was in the hallways and even drifted into your own apartment. The elevators were sometimes incredibly slow. Fire alarm pulling was a weekly occurance. When my girlfriend came downstairs one morning and found her car up on blocks we knew it was time to get out. Too bad, because the building's in a great location and the upper floor views from the Edsall Rd. side are spectacular (watching 8-10 different fireworks displays on the 4th of July was a treat). Noise was rarely a problem. I hope the security problem has been resolved, that alone would make Landmark Ridge a much better place to live.
