Great apt - most complaints here are by the same surly nutcase

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Lived here 1 year and it's great. Low rent, utilities included, lots of space and GREAT view. Good soundproofing, polite neighbors. There's one person who always complains on here - they're just generally surly. There were some small bugs for a little while (not roaches, I know them when I see them) but the management cleared them right up and they haven't come back. Tenants are nice, from a lot of interesting places in the world. Delicious cooking smells only in halls. People who don't like the other tenants here are probably racist.
