I've lived at Landmark Ridge for 2 1/2 years and haven't seen a cockroach once. The office staff has ALWAYS been helpful and courteous. Yes, the parking is tight, but I've never had an issue or been blocked in. They've been sprucing the place up a lot recently...balcony work, painting, etc., and it looks great! The residents are friendly, I feel safe (I'm female) even when I come home late at night, and my apartment is HUGE and a bargain!
