I loved my apartment when I first moved in but then I realized how horrible my experience was going to be. First, I noticed roaches the second day I moved in. I notified management and they told me they were going to exterminate the apartment and that I should remove everything from my cabinets. I thought that would be the end of my problem but a year after I??ve had to remove everything from my cabinets 10 different times. This is truly an inconvenience considering I work full-time and I go to school part-time. I was even charged because I forgot to empty my cabinets one time. They came in my apartment threw all my cookware, food, dishes in the carpet and even broke a bottle of wine! Well they still had the nerve to tell me I needed to pay for the labor which was $75. I decided to leave all the stuff from my kitchen of the cabinets because I knew they would come and exterminate again. Oh by the way, I still have roaches!

Parking is horrible! The spaces are too tight and I see a new ding on my door almost everyday! My car was even towed because ------ and her incompetent group of staff called the towing company because my car??s tire was touching the white line about ?? and inch. I couldn??t even get a courtesy call to move my car or to be notified my car was towed!!!

------ has no customer service skills and her staff is clueless. I??m sorry but when I see these people sit in the rental office all day long and they give me incorrect information is when I come in and have a question is insane. They should review their rules and regulations and give residents accurate information.

Last but not least there are people on my floor who smoke weed everyday and the marijuana smell is all over the halls!! Landmark Ridge has a security person who does nothing all night! I hardly ever see them.

If Landmark gets new management (Yeah boot that ------ out!), get more spacious parking and remove all roaches this place would probably not be too bad to live in.

Oh I almost forgot, they've been having construction since I moved in. You will never be able to sleep in late because you're more than likely be awaken my drills and hammers to your walls!!

Thanks for the good info. Quick question I thought smoking weed was illegal? Why not call the police? Rules seem pretty strict. Any complaints filed to the office about security?
