I have been living at Landmark Ridge for about 6 months now. I have never spotted a roach or even any kind of bug for that matter. The staff goes well above their duties to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of the residents. The maintenance crew are all wonderful people as well. Stacy in NOT Rude, she is a very sweet lady. The staff even takes the time to send out birthday and Christmas cards!! Yes the parking is tight but its understandable...Alexandria is a big city and they are expanding the lot for improvement. Needless to say I have yet to come home to find no where to park. I would highly recomment this place to anyone. Me and my husband love it here!
