This place is pitiful to say the least. The parking situation is the worst imaginable. The spaces are far too small and your car is guaranteed to be scratched and dented. You will often find someone has moved your mirrors inward so they can get by and you will find yourself having to do the same at times. You can be towed for being literally a centimeter on the white line even though you really didn't have a choice because of the inadequate size spaces. I have had to enter my vehicle on the passenger's side and crawl over. Also, visitor parking is limited. I think you can only have about 20 overnight passes per year. That means if your mom comes to stay with you for 2 weeks, you've burned through almost the whole year of overnight passes. You can rarely find the hired security when you need them. The elevators are often times gross. People spill coffee and other beverages and they aren't cleaned up until morning. There are awful smells on certain floors. I'm not sure if it's some kind of ethnic food or what but it's terrible. The management office does not do a good job of coordinating their exterminations. While I was there, my apartment was exterminated twice in the same month and all that was said was "sorry for your inconvenience". However, had I not removed everything from my kitchen (again) I would have been charged like it was my fault. Mind you, I hadn't seen a roach in well over a year when that happened. If you do ANYTHING they determine as being wrong, you'll get a little nasty gram slid under your door saying that you are in violation of your lease and then they'll start "inspecting" you every week until they get tired. I don't leave dirty dishes in my sink or anything that would invite roaches but they tell me that my extremely old carpet was a problem because some stains wouldn't come out. It had been there the entire time I was there and probably even longer. Somehow old carpet that they haven't replaced attracts roaches and that's my fault. They will use the most petty excuse to start doing inspections. People also let their kids run up and down the hallways making all sorts of noise. I don't mind hearing children but a hallway is not a playground and should not be treated as one. Also, if you are one day past your grace period they send your case to their lawyer to start eviction. Most places don't start that for 30 days. Then they don't stop the proceedings until you've paid for the next month as well. So if the grace period ends on January 5th and you pay on January 10th, you have to pay February's rent before they stop the eviction process. By that time you already have a court date. There is a laundry room on every floor which is great but the washing machines are tiny and it's a total waste of money to wash your clothes there. It's also expensive to do your laundry there. Utilities are included which is great but I moved as soon as I could because the inconveniences outweighed the good exponentially. Please, if you value the paint on your car and peace of mind, stay far away from here. I only stayed because I was saving to purchase a house.

LOL - the elevators aren't dirty. omg. And in apartment communities, you are bound to have different smells once in a while - people cooking, etc.

LOL...people like you are so funny...you missed the rent due date, missed the grace period that they provided, and then complain because they took action against you?? Hope you are not late on your mortgage payment...
