For the price in the Alexandria area, its actually a good place. Yes, parking is horrible. The spots are really small but there are a few spots that are bigger than others. Luckily, I have a small car which makes it a little easier. The only downside I have is that we have to get a visitor's pass everytime we have a guest past "curfew". 12am through the week and 1am on the weekend. I wish each tenant could get a generic pass because if you miss the office or don't get home until after it closes, you're short. The main reason I'm staying is because of the price. I doubt if I'd find anything in this area for the comfort I feel here. The place is always kept clean, maint. responds quickly, even at night. I haven't had a problem with anyone in the rental office. They're very helpful. They are trying to host little social events so hopefully attendance will increase. I've never seen a roach in my year of living here (knock on wood. lol). I honestly haven't had any major problems. I only wish that we had some visitor's spots or had a generic pass. Sometimes, I don't know when people plan to visit. I feel like a child when I have to tell my friends they can't come over cause they may get towed, especially when I'm the one paying for the apartment. I think the guards should at least be able to give out parking passes. Overall, I've decided to renew because of the price, I like the size of my apt, and I feel pretty safe here. Its not as bad as people say it is. Its not the luxurious (sp) lifestyle, but it affordable.

yeah, the only downfall about this place is the parking, and its still really not that bad - there is always parking available. Other than that - I love it here. I have been here almost a month. Its quiet everywhere, no roaches or bugs, FARRR from it, everyone is friendly, In the apartment, I feel like I m the only one in this builidng. And it feels safe here

Thanks Anonymous. I agree. The parking is pretty much the only downfall. Maintanence is always timely, even at night. I agree, you do feel like you're the only one there at times. There's rarely anyone "loitering" in the halls or lobby. I like it that way!
