Landmark Terrace Apartments

who rents an apt sight unseen' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/19/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   I saw the comments posted on this site about how great these apartments are so I decided to check them out in person. The lady in the rental office not only seemed bothered by my presence but she informed me that I would not be able to take a tour of an apartment before renting it. She gave me floorplans and told me to call twice a month to see if anything became available. If an apartment becomes available I have to give her my application and deposits on the spot and then move in. What the hell is that about' The meeting lasted all of 8 minutes before she was practically shooing me out the door. She had a pretty bad attitude and I wonder if the tenants constantly have to deal with her. The place was at full occupancy (or so she said) so I guess it is really great or maybe these people were desperate for apartments or something. I don't know but from all the things I have read about apartments around here I would never rent one without AT LEAST seeing a model! If someone who lives or has lived there has more information on this place I would love to read it.
