Pretty good... From: jboltz Date posted: 12/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   First of all, it's hard to beat the price. Location isn't all that bad either -- about a mile from Van Dorn St Metro. I have seen two roaches over the past 5 months, but it's not been a trend. Lots of parking... just remember to get your visiters a free parking pass -- they will definitely get towed. And getting that pass is somewhat inconvenient as you must plan ahead (i.e. before 5 p.m. when the office closes) or they'll have to find somewhere else to park! Can hear a little through the ceiling -- less than many places I've visited. Water pipes are loud! Have never had a reason to call maintenance. Walking distance to 2 grocers, cleaners, auto repair shops... Close to Landmark Mall, 395, 495. Overall, it's a very good deal.
