I do not recommend this apartment complex. I agree that there are conveniences, such as the dry cleaners, and coffee shop and the location. And I feel this complex is safe. But I had bugs in my apartment from the year 2000. There were cracks in the ceiling in the bathroom that were not repaired. I heard noise from a neighbor above and during the late 1990's there was a loud pounding noise that awakened everyone at 3 AM. The pool has not been available because the owner will not meet the safety requirements of the city now that have been imposed because the complex has many small children. I received a new refrigerator only after complaining about the bugs; however, the bugs continued in the kitchen even with a new refrigerator. If someone is going to move to this apartment complex then be prepared for noise, bugs and management that is not very supportive to residents.
